Vegan Ghee

250 ml of edible coconut oil
2-3 fresh guava leaves
3-4 curry leaves
A pinch of salt
A pinch of turmeric powder
A pinch of Asafoetida [hing in hindi]

Pour coconut oil in a pan and keep it on medium heat
Add guava leaves, curry leaves, salt and turmeric powder
Let it boil for 5 minutes
Leave it for sometime to get cold
Pour the mixture in a glass or steel bottle (preferably) and keep it in fridge to set
