Dog Thrashed for Seeking Shelter – Demand Stronger Punishments for Animal Abusers

Posted on by PETA

Kind people across the nation have been horrified by the news this week that a dog was violently beaten for seeking shelter from the rain in Mumbai. Other recent incidents of cruelty to animals include those in which animals were gang-raped, deliberately run over, or burned alive.
