Combine any of your favourite fruits with soya milk to make a nutritious and delicious blended drink. Freezing the fruit first makes the smoothies extra thick and creamy.
1 cup soya milk
1 medium banana, cut into chunks and frozen
1/2 cup of your favourite fruit (strawberries, peaches, pitted cherries), frozen
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
Makes 2 cups
