The undersigned company attests that from 22/07/2026 forward, the sugarcane it obtains and processes will be in accordance with the following standards:

  • The company has a policy against using animals for labour and is committed to enforcing this policy.
  • Bulls or other draught animals do not transport the company’s sugarcane.
  • The company does not use any animal labour, either itself or through contracted or partner external parties.
  • The company uses mechanised, non-animal means for the transport of sugarcane to its factory and any other work previously involving animals.
  • The company is committed to taking immediate corrective steps to uphold this policy.
  • The company shall immediately notify PETA India if it is no longer in compliance with the above standards.

The undersigned hereby confirms that they are the authorised agent of the company with full authority to execute and ensure compliance with this Statement of Assurance.
