Vegan Crispy Rice Bars

1 cup corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
6-8 cups puffed rice cereal

• Cook the corn syrup and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
• Remove from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter and cereal.
• Press into a greased 9- by 9-inch pan and let cool. Cut into bars.

Makes approximately 1 dozen bars
