Tofu Yogurt

This healthy version of yogurt takes only a minute to make, but be prepared – it will disappear just as quickly.

10 1/2 oz soft tofu
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp salt

  • Blend together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy

Makes 1 cup
