I refrain from using manja and will encourage my pals to do the same. If demand goes down, there would not be any supply. This can be achieved only if everyone join hands together to curb this menace which injures innocent birds and animals.

Dear Sir, With all due respects. Iam empathetic on all your Ministries difficulties. Also on what Ministry even if enacts, the extent of its enforcement. But the list is Long and no leisureness in enforcing is ethical. Kite flying should be banned anywhere, except in open grounds. there too the Manza extent on thread should not bleed a persons finger easily. As still the thread poses threat after the deel of Kite, manza to be allowed only in tornaments. Please enforce all pending laws which are evidence of our nations high ethics and moral. i would try to make maximum of my friends aware about the problems faced by manja and convince them not to use it ever to fly kites. also ask them to inform their friends nd relatives about this nd convince them too. a word of mouth always spreads faster than many other means.

Make an good advertisement by peta in hindi with Rahul Khanna and other bollywood stars, showing birds maimed by the string of the kites. And this should be broadcasted on all Indian channels in all states in their language. Spread the awareness.
