Casey Affleck Takes Aim at the Meat Industry in Banned PETA Ad

Known for his roles in such movies as Good Will Hunting, Lonesome Jim, The Last Kiss and the Oceans 11 films, Casey Affleck's latest project has him speaking up for animals in factory farms in a new PETA ad. This Hollywood superstar is taking aim at the meat industry by exposing its shameful abuse of animals, and the American television networks do not want their viewers to see the video!

In the banned video, Casey shares his reasons for going vegan: "When people ask me why I don't eat meat or any other animal products, I say, 'Because they are unhealthy and they are the product of a violent and inhumane industry'". Casey does not mince words talking about how animals suffer in factory farms and abattoirs: "Chickens, cows and pigs in factory farms spend their whole lives in filthy, cramped conditions, only to die a prolonged and painful death".

Casey urges his fans to avoid meat – which he aptly calls "poison" – not only because it is the product of horrendous cruelty but also because it is a health nightmare "proven to contribute to heart disease and cancer".

What You Can Do

Casey made this video because he wants others to get a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes in factory farms. Please forward the video to all your friends and family members today!
